As part of Citus Power’s renewable energy portfolio, development of the project started in 2013. Citus Power conducted site selection, wind mast installation, wind measurements, energy yield assessments, micrositing studies, pre-construction cost studies, license and permitting document preparations. The project was sold to Acwa Power, one of the leading global energy players.

As part of Citus Power’s own renewable energy portolio, development of the project started in 2014. Citus power acted as developer, investor, EPC and operator of the project after its COD in 2016. This solar PV power plant is one of the early generation of MW-scale projects in Turkey and was the sixth largest solart PV plant at COD.
