As part of Citus Power’s renewable energy portfolio, development of the project started in 2015. Citus Power conducted site selection, wind mast installation, wind measurements, energy yield assessments, micrositing studies.

As part of Citus Power’s own renewable energy portfolio, development of this project started in 2020 and is expected to reach ready-to-build stage in late 2023.

The project was sold to Acwa Power, one of the leading global energy players.
