We are looking for experienced, fluently english speaking international project managers to manage Citus Power’s existing solar PV / storage / microgrid projects abroad, and develop new ones.

Job Description:

• Owning, growing, managing Citus Power’s overseas EPC sales effort
• Conducting business/project development activities outside of Turkey
• Collecting information about projects, designing and costing them, preparation of EPC quotation letters, winning contracts to reach Citus Power’s targets
• Manage Citus Power’s own portfolio of solar PV projects under development in various countries

What is required:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the solar PV industry, as a business development manager or project manager
• Advanced level of English (other languages, in addition to English, is a big plus)
• Advanced knowledge and experience in solar PV design tools (PVSyst, Helioscope, Sketchup etc.)
• Advanced knowledge and experience in costing EPC projects and preparation of quotations, both rooftop and ground-mounted solar PV
• Be available to travel/drive to wherever needed
• The appetite/drive/perseverance needed for business development abroad

What is optional but preferred:

• Engineering education and background
• Experience in solar PV construction sites abroad as project managers

Location:

• Candidates may work in hybrid mode with some office-days and remote work combined. Subject to discussion.
